Call Me - We understand that some of our Quilter's prefer NOT to supply their credit card information over the internet.  Rather than ask "why" we have asked "how can we help".  We are happy to provide Quilter's with the option to shop online and checkout without entering your credit card information online.

Call Me Instructions: During the Checkout process you will see, #4 Select Payment Method.  From the dropdown menu select "Call Me". The next page will be the review of your order.  Click "Process Order".  You will receive a Customer Receipt in your e-mail box.  You can call us at 877-714-9448 Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. PST with your payment information.  If we do not hear from you we will give you a call You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours M-F.  If you would like for us to call you at a specific time, click here to e-mail us. Weekend or Holiday Orders will receive calls the following business day.  

Check/Money Orders: During the Checkout process you will see, #4 Select Payment Method.  From the dropdown menu select "Check" or "Money Order". The next page will be the review of your order.  Click "Process Order".  Print out the Customer Receipt displayed on the next page and mail it with your payment to:

The next page will be the review of your order.  Click "Process Order".  Print out the Customer Receipt displayed on the next page.  At the bottom of the form you will complete the Payment Information details.  Fax to the number shown on the Fax (no cover sheet required).  Fax: 1-916-735-2401.  You will receive a confirmation within 24 hours M-F. The discount is 30% OFF Retail on all NEW and FUTURE Groups from Moda Fabrics or any other Manufacturer. You may combine our online discounted products in your order, but you may not use any additional promotional sale discounts, i.e. additional 5% off sale, etc.  From time to time we have excess inventory at discounts, click here to be on that mailing list.

You may not cancel any "Future Groups" orders, cancellations of future groups will be charged a 20% re-stock fee. If Moda is out of stock when they ship the "Future Groups" on their due dates, (i.e. Fruitcake due in June) you will be able to exchange your product.

As a wholesale customer you will also receive Exclusive Pre-notification e-mails of discounted fabrics from Moda that are up to 50% off - first come first serve, minimum quantities apply.

Upon request, we will not place our Store labels on products.  We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover or we can send a Paypal invoice.  

Shipping: All Shipping Charges are Actual Prices and are the customer's responsibility.  We understand that you would like to have the most product at the least cost of shipping. We will work with you closely to put as much product into these flat rate boxes for you.  International Wholesale Fabric shipments have wholesale value declared.  Insurance is highly recommended, we will not be responsible and will not refund lost or abandoned fabric.  We always request "return to sender" on undeliverable International orders.  If returned any additional shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
