We have compiled a list of quilting fabric combinations which we have shipped to our Quilter's  who like to maximize their shipping dollars. This process is not recommended for those Quilters that need their specific items ASAP.  In this process you will work one on one with us, we will communicate with you over a period of 36 hours (depending on time zones) to create, modify and complete your order.  Fabric orders of this type are "Custom Orders", which do Not have any additional charges.  We provide this service a for free to our International Quilters and in cases where U.S. Quilters have orders below $100.

We will update this list as we have new combinations.  If you need specific precut fabric/yardage and would like for us to see what we can do.  E-mail us here and we will help determine the best way to ship your Precut Quilting products or Yardage with the least amount of shipping fees.

FAQs

How do I send my first order?
Click here to e-mail us your PreCut Quilting Fabric or Yardage list.  We will contact you to confirm that we have received your order, the process starts from here.

You can also shop for your quilting fabric in our online store and during  checkout you will see a "Comments" box at the bottom of the form.  Within that box you will type your list of any additional products that you would like to have packed, should there be additional room. The process will start from here.

When will my Envelope of fabric order ship?
Due to Time differences, if we are able to communicate with you quickly, regarding packaging and payment processing, we will be able to ship your order within 36 hours for Envelopes.

When will my Large box of fabric order ship?
Large boxes can ship within 3-5 days depending on how long it takes for you to fill it with your goodies. 

Do you require a Deposit?
Unpaid orders - Yes, If we have your package longer than 3 days, we will require a 15% non-refundable deposit which will be credited towards your order.
Paid Orders - No, If payment for your order was processed through checkout, you have already satisfied this non-refundable deposit requirement.

Will I lose my Deposit if I make changes my order?
No, you will not lose your deposit as we work with you to make changes to your order.

How do I pay for my e-mailed order?
Payment for your e-mailed order can be processed via Paypal - an invoice sent to your account, over the phone or we can send you a Secure Link directly to our Website so that you can use any credit card you would like.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes.  You may cancel your order at any time.  Upon cancellation your deposit is non-refundable. 

Why would you keep my deposit if I cancel?
We want all of our Quilters Worldwide to have the chance to get exactly what they want.  When we take an item out of our inventory and hold it.  It prevents others from having the chance to purchase it.  We hold your item, in good faith, that you will complete the transaction.  When you cancel your order, we have lost a potential customer and the opportunity to sell that item in a timely manner.  We also incur losses for employee time processing, inventory returns, advertising and marketing.

What if an item is out of stock?
We will notify you and we will always check with Moda Fabrics to determine if we can re-order the product.  Our goal is to provide you with the fabric you want and need.

What if my item is on Backorder or includes a PreOrder item?
Backorders - We will notify you of the Backordered item(s) via e-mail and your entire order will be stored for you.  When your item arrives the entire order will be shipped to you, which saves you shipping charges.

PreOrders - Your order will be stored for you until your Pre-Order arrives.  When the PreOrder arrives the entire order will be shipped to you, which saves you shipping charges.

If we determine that your order is large enough to ship in two envelopes, we will work with you to prioritize the items you would like to be shipped immediately.  Any remaining items can wait for the Backorder/PreOrder item(s).

How do you store my items?
Your items are pulled from inventory right away and secured in a safe "cubby" with your Name on it.  We do not charge any storage fee's for this service.

Can I add items to my order, while it is in storage?
Yes, you can E-mail Us anytime with additions to your order.

Does my discount code apply to my order, PreOrder and Backorder?
Yes, your discount code will apply to your entire order on the day it is placed for the items on your order.  One discount code applies per order - Sale items cannot be combined with Discount Codes.

If you decide to add items to your order, during your waiting period (Backorder/PreOrder), the Sale Price of the day, will be applied.  Your items will be placed in storage with your previous order.
